All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Number (RN). After receiving a RN number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then you will be going to receive the shipping label or instructions about the shipping process.
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your returns. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

- Diamonds. pick up only, when we deliver a diamond is not possible to do returnds or exchanges because is no possible to track the diamonds outside our instalations.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
